It is not good to ask your crush for a date especially when you are a girl. It is an unpleasant thing way because girls are being respected by the boys. Guys know that girls are hard to get. But there are some cute and good ways to ask your ultimate crush to hang out or go out with you which are unnoticeable by the boys. Guys will not notice that you adore and like him.
At first girls should get friends with the guy. Get to know each other then ask for a friendly hang out with you; in this way the guy will not notice that you have a crush on him.
Of course girls must fix herself to add more confidence plus attraction to the guy. Girls must dress well and must be comfortable having a conversation on him.
If these tips will not work, still you can be friends and get close to each other. :)
